There are no employees, and the founder believes that people are best in what they like most and what they genuinely want to do, which are very difficult to achieve in a traditional employment role.
Each expert only handles a sub-task to which they can significantly contribute (and not because they are employed). So instead, there is a network of collaborators who typically have their regular jobs in which they only do what they are best in a fraction of time and are happy to offer their core skills. Currently, there are about 30 available specialists in this manner, but we can address many more based on specific project needs.
